By accessing and using the services, website, and facilities of innpulse ("the Studio," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Services
innpulse provides Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) training services, personal training, and related fitness and wellness services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Health and Medical Disclaimer
You acknowledge that EMS training can be physically demanding. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent you from engaging in EMS training.
Consultation: You must inform your trainer of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns. You may be required to sign a separate health waiver and release form and, in some cases, provide written consent from a medical doctor before participating.
Safety: You agree to follow all instructions from innpulse staff regarding the use of EMS equipment and exercise techniques. We are not responsible for any injuries that result from your failure to follow instructions or from pre-existing medical conditions.
4. Membership and Payment
Fees: All membership, package, and session fees are detailed on our website or provided upon inquiry. innpulse reserves the right to change its pricing at any time.
Payment: All payments must be made in full and on time according to the chosen payment schedule. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Refunds: Except as otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, all fees are non-refundable.
5. Session Booking and Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Cancellation Notice Required
This policy applies to all scheduled appointments, including individual sessions and appointments within a membership or package.
Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance through our approved booking system.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, you must provide the Studio with a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time.
Late Cancellation / No-Show:
If you cancel or reschedule a session with less than 48 hours' notice, or if you fail to attend a booked session (No-Show), you will forfeit the session.
Tardiness: If you are late for a scheduled session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and your trainer is only obligated to provide the remaining portion of the session. If you are significantly late (e.g., 15 minutes or more), the Studio reserves the right to treat it as a No-Show, resulting in forfeiture of the session.
6. Studio Rules and Conduct
Attire: You must wear the appropriate clothing provided or recommended for EMS training.
Respect: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and non-disruptive manner toward all staff and other clients. Innpulse reserves the right to refuse service and/or terminate the membership of any client whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or violates these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The website, content, graphics, and services offered by innpulse are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use any content from innpulse without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, innpulse shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) unauthorised access toor alteration of your transmissions or data; (iii) any other matter relating to the service.
